1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that processing times may be longer during busy periods, sales, or new collection launches.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We work with trusted shipping carriers across Australia to ensure your items arrive safely.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on the type of product and where it is shipped from:
a) Classique Living Stock (Shipped from Our Studio)
- Orders are shipped from our Lara location.
- Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Express delivery options may be available at checkout.
b) Dropshipped Items (Shipped Directly from Our Partners)
- Some products are shipped directly from our Australian and international suppliers.
- Estimated delivery time for these items is 7–21 business days, depending on the supplier’s location and stock availability.
- You may receive multiple parcels if your order includes items from different suppliers.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight or size of your order.
- Free shipping may be offered from time to time during promotional periods.
- Certain bulky or fragile items may incur an additional delivery fee; this will be clearly stated on the product page.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once the parcel has been scanned by the carrier.
If your order contains multiple items shipped from different locations, you will receive separate tracking numbers.
5. Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please understand that occasional delays can occur due to:
- Courier or postal service disruptions
- Weather events or natural disasters
- High seasonal demand or customs processing (for international orders)
Classique Living is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at classiquehomeliving@gmail.com.
We are unable to guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping fees.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take great care in packaging and dispatching all orders.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.
If your order appears lost or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within Australia.
International shipping may be available for select items—please contact us before ordering for a custom quote and delivery timeframe.
