At Classique Living, we want you to love your purchase.
Every item is selected with care, and we aim to ensure your experience with us is seamless from start to finish.
If your item isn’t quite right, please review the policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product you receive has a major fault, is significantly different from its description, or is unsafe or unfit for its intended purpose.
This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
2. Change of Mind Returns
As many of our products are made to order, sourced from third-party partners, or shipped directly from our suppliers, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including if you:

Select the wrong colour, size, or style; or

Decide the product no longer suits your space.
We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing and contact us with any questions before ordering.
3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at classiquehomeliving@gmail.com with:

Clear photos showing the issue

A brief description of the problem
We will assess your claim and, depending on the situation, arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Please note:

For dropshipped products, we may need to liaise with our supplier for resolution.

Proof of damage (including packaging) is required to process claims.

Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt may not be eligible for review.
4. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or replacement:

The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, you’ll be provided with return instructions and the appropriate return address (as some items must be returned directly to the supplier).
Please do not return any items without authorisation, as they may not be accepted or refunded.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a fault, damage, or incorrect item, Classique Living will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).
Refunds will only be issued for the item cost — original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect products.
7. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or arrive damaged:

Sale or clearance items

Custom or made-to-order furniture

Gift cards

Items shipped directly from our supplier (dropshipped) where supplier policies prohibit returns
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered the fulfilment process, we are unable to cancel it.
9. Exchanges
In most cases, exchanges are not offered due to limited stock and supplier arrangements.
If you wish to exchange an item, you may be asked to return it (if eligible) and place a new order once your refund has been processed.
